Shipping policy

We offer free standard shipping on all orders throughout the United States, with no minimum purchase. We currently accept delivery addresses in the United States only.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders ship from our operating address in Brooklyn, New York. Order processing takes 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 3–5 business days in transit. The estimated total time from order processing to delivery is 4–7 business days.

For processing and delivery estimates, business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Our order cutoff is 3:00 PM Eastern Time (New York). Orders received after the cutoff, on weekends or on public holidays begin processing on the next business day. Store opening hours and order-processing days are separate schedules.

These are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. If a delay affects your order, we will contact you using the details supplied at checkout. You may contact us about available cancellation or refund options if we cannot ship as expected.

Tracking and delivery questions

When your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation with available tracking details. If tracking shows a delay, your parcel appears lost or delivery details are incorrect, contact us with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier. Please check your delivery address before placing an order and contact us promptly if a correction is needed; changes depend on the order's fulfillment status.
